Such nice hair

Elyse loves to suck her thumb and twist her hair. Well this morning she woke up with a HUGE knot that I couldn't untangle so here is the chunk we had to cut out! I am trying a french braid tonight but I don't think it will last long!

Beautiful Day at the Zoo

We had a great day at zoo - when we finally got there. Getting 2 kids out the door is quite the feat! I seem to always be at least an hour slower than I think. We were only there a short time but we got a season's pass (thanks Mom and Dad!!) so I am sure we will be back alot. Elyse is chasing after a peacock that was wondering around - it was pretty neat and she wanted to get up close - she has no fear of any animals - but bugs are another story :)

Paige really enjoyed her first Zoo visit - she slept through most of it.

Mom came with us to the zoo which was great. She is so helpful and I really do need another set of hands these days. It is hard to go any where with a newborn and a two year old.

I wish she was like this at 3:00am.Things are going well, Paige is a great baby but loves to party at night. She likes to wake me up every hour, nurse for 5 mins and then fall back to sleep for another hour or so. So we are all getting pretty sleep deprived

I like this picture - Paige is really good at scowling and loves looking at you like "what's going on around here?" I wonder sometimes too :)
